| been haveing a good look around on this site and keep getting lost from various distractions on screen.im from the kapiti coast in new-zealand .a country of 3 islands in the south pacific quite close to australia.the area i come from makes alot of cheeses so theres alot of cows around here.ive been a chef in hotels&restaurants for about 20 years now.its winter here now so its a little bit quite workwise,apart from ski fields.it gets busy towards xmas(summer).look forward to hearing from otther chefs wordwide. ![]() Last edited by chef4rent; 08-22-2003 at 09:13 PM. |
