 first time on chef talk been haveing a good look around on this site and keep getting lost from various distractions on screen.im from the kapiti coast in new-zealand .a country of 3 islands in the south pacific quite close to australia.the area i come from makes alot of cheeses so theres alot of cows around here.ive been a chef in hotels&restaurants for about 20 years now.its winter here now so its a little bit quite workwise,apart from ski fields.it gets busy towards xmas(summer).look forward to hearing from otther chefs wordwide.  Welcome to Chef Talk, chef4rent. The Welcome Forum is to tell us a bit about yourself. But you will find plenty of help answering your question in either the Seafood Forum or the Cooking Questions Forum. You need post your question in either one of those (not both), and it'll get better visibility there. Please do take a moment to tell us about yourself.
