If I May Introduce myself

My name is Mike. I live in the upstate New York area and am married with no kids. I own my own business and am the primary household cook at home. I have been cooking since the early 70's when everyone choose me to do the cooking at all our social functions and campouts. I have professional food service, prep and catering experience as well.

I tend to focus on pasta, seafood and southern style cuisine, and like to take traditional fare and give it a twist sometimes. My friends are always calling us to see when I am having one of my "Sunday Dinners", where it's not unsusual to have 5-6 impromptu guests.

I love to cook and it's great therapy after a stressful day. I welcome any new friends or recipes or chat.
