 New here! Hi there! My name is Mario Rodriguez I'm 28 years of age, Live in tijuana Mexico. I work whit my father at a Machine shop but I would like to learn how to cook. I always liked to cook but never tought about becoming a chef. But as I read it's never to late. Also, I realy hope I can have my own restaurant or 2 or 3...... By the way I like to design websites thats just a hobbie of mine. I you need some help whit a website let me know.  |

 Hey Mario! I'm glad you stopped by here in the Welcome Forum so we can give you a proper greeting. Many a great chef began his/her career doing something completely different from culinary work. | Well to be honest I started making a couple of sauces the other day. I realy like cooking seafood. raw clams whit some lemon juice and mexican sauce. (tomato.onions,coriander,and some spice.) I want to learn how to cook meat al the ways posible grilled, oven etc.. |
