Default Newbie Here!

Just wanted to introduce myself to the group.

I am a former restaurant owner, semi-retired and thinking about writing a cookbook for on the go familes, kids are such picky eaters and hardest to cook for, along with anecdotes and stories thrown in to make it a more "readable" cookbook. My restaurant was geared towards familes and kids so I picked up a lot of 'helpful strategies along the way.

Anyway, I look forward to LEARNING from your (what appears to be very diverse) group and maybe contributing my own 2 cents worth(?).

Hi Dribrats,

You combine two of my loved: books and cooking. Your premise sounds interesting! We have several people here who are plugged into cookbooks and publishing. We'll look forward to a lively exchange of information.

BTW, your poll might get more attention in one of the more general forums; not everyone stops in here regularly. Might I suggest the Cookbooks forum or another forum?

Good luck on your project!

Mezzaluna
