| | tmc710 Hi,
My name is Tom and I logged on looking for a suggestion on how to slice cheesecake easily.
A friend is opening a restaurant and asked me to supply him with my cheesecake. I had to freezed two of them, because of a delay in the opening of the restaurant.
Is there a gadget that makes slicing easy? And is there an easy way to remove the cake from the bottom of the pan. I lose more cake bottoms that way!
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Tom |

| | Hello Tom and welcome to Chef Talk. I would recommend that you start a new thread in the Pastry and Baking General forum to ask your cheesecake question. Your query will get better visibility there rather than attached to this thread. Let us know if you have questions about how to get the board to do what you need it to do.
Regards,
Mezzaluna
