what do i like to cook? almost everything! this time of year i tend to make those one-pot-slow-cook kinda foods at home, last night i made a batch of beef stew, house smelled great and it warms you from the inside on these chilly nights.
when i have the time i love working with breads and pastries, they are kinda like a zen sorta thing for me.
one thing i don't enjoy cooking with though is eggplant, my nemisis!!! no matter how many times or ways i try it i just can't feel any love for this horrid vegetable (no offence to anyone that loves the stuff, it's just me)
have you ever tried lemon amone, discovered it recently, adds a great citrus flavor. i love finding a new ingredient that i've never worked with and using it in a recipe.
