 Hi I am A newbe From Niagara Just wanted to say Hello I am from Niagara Falls Canada. I am a working Chef and I also teach at the local community college. Looking forward to some good discussions about food and the industry.  |

| It is great to hear from you Mezzaluna. I Was trained in classical french, but at this moment I am working in a classical Italian restaurant, but my style is jazzing them up and making it more modern. At college I teach hotel students the cooking compoet for thier degree in Hospitality Management. |
