 hello, very glad to be here hi, i'm herman from maine... i'm just finishing up my final season as chef of the River Drivers' restaurant, and in two months start a brand new life as a culinary arts instructor at a vocational high school. i'm so glad to have found this site a year ago, i know that there are great people that roam these halls..  |

 Hi Herman! Welcome to Chef Talk. As a matter of fact, two of our esteemed members, professionals both, have recently left restaurant life to become culinary arts instructors: Cape Chef and Jim.
