New to the forums here, just stumbled across them on a search this morning. Thought I'd pop in and say hello

I live in Chicago, and I'm the grill cook at Bin 36. Been there for about 1.5 years, before that I was at a wee place called Sauce, doing pantry/desserts (same station).

Went to CHIC before that, been cooking proffessionally for about 2.5 years.
