Maureen iCook is on a distinguished road
Default Hi Everyone, my name is Maureen Lougheed

I am interested in recipes for healthy cooking. I recently bought iCook cookware and am interested in getting some recipes. The iCook™ Cookware is designed to help you cook healthier meals using a
• VITALOK™ cooking method – locks in up to one-third more nutrients
• OPTITEMP™ cooking base and stack cooking – cook an entire meal on one burner
• DURAMIC™ nonstick coating – three layers strong for unparalleled durability.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Maureen

Lol, nice sales pitch... 'Healthy' cooking is over-rated - you can live very healthy without any strict diet. Just make sure everything is good, natural ingredients (no faux-foods), and eat a well-balanced diet. BTW, my favourite cookware is simply copper/stainless pots and pans (there are quite a few brands) - tools matter but skill matters more...
