Default Hi Everyone

I work full time and love to cook and bake. It's nice to see there is place on the web where you can read, relax and even refine your techniques. I am looking forward to learning new things here. Most of my cooking is just good hometown cooking but I would like to bump it up a notch. I have been cooking for about 20 years and I still prepare alot of things from scratch and cook dinner for my husband. So many people today are eating out all the time and spending less time in the kitchen! The kitchen is where I love to be! Like alot of you, I love to cook for others.....friends and family and small groups. Thanks for the resource and letting me participate.

Melanie
