 Hi hamboni42, and welcome to Chef Talk Cafe. This site can help you several ways. First, there is a forum for culinary students, where you can hang out and see what the path ahead can bring. Second, the main site of Chef Talk has wonderful articles, reviews, and other information to broaden your knowledge. The forums here will enable you to meet many experienced people- those with formal training and those of us who have other food experience. Finally, use the search feature to find earlier conversations about topics you're interested in. Make yourself at home! There's a lot to learn here, and we'll also look forward to your posts.
