| Thanks for the Welcome! Dive in...chuckle...  I love cooking the food that you would find on the table Sunday's after church in the deep south. (I can smell it now....) I also love cooking cajun/creole food. Food is indeed the glue of society and as such, I like to cook for get togethers and for other people. I also like the natural high you get when you are up against it and time is critical. No other feeling like that.... Thanks again an look forward to it... |
