My name is Linda and I live in Texas. I am a designer, decorator, seamstress and artist. My new love is creating the whimsically crooked cakes. I love the art of whimsy and I have finally gotten over the fact that everything has to be perfect, straight and matching. And ohhh what a different world it is now. I love working and creating with fondant and gumpaste...sorta like paints and fabric...endless design composition. And the colors!!!! It's like playing with playdough..LOL.
My goal is to have a business that creates only the whimsical cakes and then to franchise.
I have found this forum to be very informative and look forward to learning more from the experts.
I have most any book that has to do with cakes and especially love Collette Peters!
