Default SAHD (stay at home Dad)

Thanx for having me! Staying at home is isolating after 23 years in proffesional kitchens. I find your sight to be some relief from my 2 infants. Came hear to ask for some advice on ganache. Found all the information I needed in a 5 min search. Love to chat about food, be back soon.

Welcome to Chef Talk, Littleone. You've already discovered the delights of this place: lots of information and people who share your interests (ganache and potty training, eh Kuan? )

Glad to be of service, Bucky! I guess I lost track of the thread; I now realize you started it. I hope you enjoy our little online community. If it's this much fun just welcoming you, imagine how the rest of the board is!
