 Hey from Georgia USA I'm new here and wanted to say hey to everyone. I'm not a chef, but I have worked in a bakery. I do most of my cooking at home for family. I love cooking and recipes. I collect cookbooks from all over. I know I'm going to enjoy this site with all the advice from the chef's. Of course other's too. I hope to meet everyone. I'm pretty busy during the day, but will be on mostly in the evenings. Pat   |

 Hi Pat I am new as well. Having worked in bakery for 2 1/2 years, I can say that is some of the hardest work I have ever had the pleasure of doing. Funny thing is, I have never attempted to make the breads and such at home. It overwhelms me for some reason. Nice to meet you. Last edited by plumcrazy01; 04-08-2005 at 09:58 AM.
