| Hey everyone! I am actually just getting out of the military, decided the Air Force wasn't the right thing for me and am on my way to deciding a Culinary School... I have worked in restaurants for a long time, I was working as a head cook in an italian restaurant working 40hrs a week and going to high school... Loved EVERY minute of it... Cooking is what I love and it's what I was born to do... If anyone has any suggestions/comments on schools please do PM me... My top three are NECI, J&W, and CIA... all equal in terms of interest... |
