hello there i must start by saying this is a great site. i hope all of you will be of help to me just as i may be of help to you. well as you can tell im from england i work as a 2nd chef for a company called sodexho and have been with them for 7 years now, i started in this trade when i was 15 and havent looked back since. what more can i say except hope to talk to a few of you and get to know you all.
