Default Hello from the edge of the Berkshires

or to some the middle of nowhere.
I cook for fun and family. Keep bees and chickens , so I'm always searching for recipes using honey and eggs. I also keep sheep and goats but to wear not to eat.
We are currently enjoying the excess of rhubarb. Just put up a batch of rhubarb chutny. The aroma was so mouthwatering I can feel my salivay glands charging up even thinking about it.

Hello kas! We hope you enjoy the cafe. There's a fair amount of discussion about using farm-direct ingredients, so I'm sure you'll have some questions asked of you. Make yourself at home and enjoy the forums.

Let me ask the first question: You don't eat the sheep or goats, but do you use the milk? How do you use the wool and hair?

Welcome!
Mezzaluna
