Hello all!!

I'm Rob, and new here (obviously,) and from Centra Wisconsin. Currently going thru a delimma of not being fully satisfied with my current job, and I am really interested in maybe getting a career cooking. I am here going thru lots of the older posts from career changers and trying to get a good bead on how I want to go about making this change in my life. So far I'm learing a lot I didn't know and will hopefully keep learning more as I read more here and eventually when I go to school.

Thanks

From the posts I've read so far this seems like a good place for lots of good information. So I'm sure I'll be able to get a lot out of this place.

As for what I enjoy cooking, that is pretty much anything and everything. I enjoy trying new things and am always game for a new recipe or even just winging it if there isn't a recipe and see how it turns out.
