No i am not working profesionaly yet i have apprenticed in a bakery for a little bit bout i mostly do cakes for people i know the only problem i have is charging because they are my friends but the cakes are great (it feels so odd to be complementing myself) but hey everyone else who sees them says that i should go into business or something like that i am looking into going to culinary school for pastry arts though i love doing it somehow it complets me sounds weird i know but what can i do right?
