Hi, yesterday I found this interesting website....amazing! I'm Michele from Italy.Restaurant owner,food and beverage manager...and chef! ANd since it's not enough.....I'm plannig an online cooking course! I'm typing this because i want you make me know what you think about that! MAy I have your suggestions? Thanks a lot

Ciao back at you! I enjoyed roaming the markets in Italy. All that was missing was a chance to cook with that lovely produce. It soulds like you have your hands full as it is, but as they say, if you want something done, ask a busy person.

In what region are you located? What are the local specialties and products? We'll look forward to your posts.

Ciao, I live in Perugia,near Assisi, UMBRIA. It's 1h30 from ROME AND FLORENCE by car. Have you ever been here?It's pretty......green hills,a wonderful lake, art and beautiful small town and ancien villages. ANd here in Perugia, there is the most important University of italian language for foreigners.ANd also Umbria JAzz Festival...have yo ever eard anything about it?

Absolutely! My parents visited there in 1967 and raved about it. I haven't gotten to Umbria yet, but my friends who travel a lot say they want to keep it secret, as it will soon be as overrun as Tuscany! Still, it's on my list for a future trip.

My wife and I are planning our 20th wedding anniversary around a month-long stay in Italy. We will celebrate our 12th anniversary in February, so, unfortunately, it will be a while.

Well,let me know.....February is not so far!!!! Instead, i'm planning 10 days in Maryland next winter (maybe onJanuary or the first 10 days of february), to make a visit to my ex partner who lives there right now. Anyway..... let me know.....okay? Bye
