 New to the forum Hi everyone. Just wanted to introduce myself. I've visited the forum a few times before but never posted until now. I'm currently in law school but lately have seriously been thinking of changing careers, and I have always been interested in cooking (though I've had very little real experience, and no actual work experience). Anyhow I'm in the preliminary stages of exploring what it would take to start a career in culinary arts, I put a huge post in the Culinary Schools section, since that's eventually the road I think I would take, but first I would definitely have to get some experience to see if this was for me or not. Anyhow just wanted to say hi and you have a great forum here!  |
