Hello all,

Very excited to find this forum. I am a serious foodie. I am not a chef but worked in the organic food industry for 10 years as a holistic educator and marketer. I spend a good portion of my time researching eating and gardening habits of indigenous cultures. I am passionate about learning to grow organic flowers to use in cooking or decorating.

I love eating and learning about new recipes and new ways to use herbs in cooking. Presently experimenting with teas in my cooking are my biggest interest. I am also very much into the gardening of medicinal herbs for cooking, making herbal remedies or just creating a more interesting garden i.e a true old world apothecary garden.
