 Greetings Hello there, I've known about this forum for a while and finally decided to register today. A big thank you to those who provide sound advice for cooks and bakers from one who has lurked for a while. I currently work in an office, but I'm an aspiring bakery/cafe owner. I'm attending a 20-week pastry and baking course at a local cooking school as step one of achieving my dream. You can check out my progress here. I'm looking forward to participating in these forums.
