Ciao, y'all Hello - I am new to the forums here, and looking forward to becoming part of the community.
I'm 25, and will be beginning culinary school in the winter in Chicago. I'm not sure which one yet, but I have time. By teh way, if there's anyone currently attending or who is an alum of CHIC, the AI, or Kendall, it would be great to hear about your experiences there.
