| Hello Everybody, First of all I want to start out by saying that this is a wonderful forum and I am so happy that I found it. I look forward to learning as much as posable from all of you pros out there. My name is Kelley and I am from the great state of Wisconsin Two years ago I starte my website with a wide variety of specialty food items and gift set for all occasions I am planning to expand my selection of items for the year of 2006 to include gourmet chocolate gift sets. My question to all of you is: Where do you get your molds from? What type of chocolate do you prefer to use when making candies. Do you think that this is a good idea for me?
