[Pop Moon]

New to this forum and looking forward to meeting others who share a great love for people and food. I am 58 yrs young, a newly wed of only 21yrs to my best friend and soul mate. She is what makes each day a better day than the day before. I have 6 children, only 5 are alive, 15 grandkids, and 3 great-grandkids. We raise rabbits for food, grow a garden, and are about to add chickens to our list. I am at present writing a cook book using rabbit as the main ingredient. Started this project when I discovered the health benifits of domestic rabbit. Love to cook, play with grandkids, and fish when I can.
Look forward to meeting and sharing recipes with everyone.

have you read 'Possum Living' by Dolly Freed? the whole book's a hoot and a half.... taken with a grain of salt! but she has some tasty rabbit recipes. welcome!
