hey there thanks for the reply, well i actually moved here to join the airforce to be an aircraft mechanic, i like doing things with my hands, anyway i started studying it and it was SO boring!! and not rewarding at all,
what i love about cooking is it stimulates ALL the senses, smell touch site sound all at once! i love the reward and satisfaction, the other day a lady came up to the kitchen and said it was the best scrambled eggs she had ever had and i made her day so yeah. thats me
what do you do with cooking?

I'm a home cook who's curious about all kinds of cuisine. I'm also a bit of a gadget freak. I enjoy learning to use spices that are new to me, too. I was signed up to take an Indian cooking class, but they cancelled it- very frustrating. I'll be looking for a different class. For me, cooking is a therapeutic and social pursuit.
