| Okay, I goofed. I posted before I introduced myself. I live in NYC, a physician by training and itching to retire and start my own business. I love to bake and have been training myself by reading, reading, reading. Can't get enough of it and there are such high standards here in Manhattan that I think I can never live up to the stuff I see come out of the ovens here! But that won't stop me from trying.

| Welcome to Chef Talk Cafe, Viralmd. (By your name, I will guess that you may be in the field of infectious disease or epidemiology.) You'll find many kindred spirits here, including several passionate bakers who have come to the baker's bench from other occupations. KyleW is one of these, and he's in your area. My own brother is an oncologist who also loves to cook. He can put out a mean pot of gumbo, too. Please make yourself at home, and don't miss the great articles, reviews and features at the main ChefTalk.com site. Enjoy! Mezzaluna
