 Hi Everyone, Greetings from Ottawa Canada, I have been a lurker for some time, and have finally decided to join in the fun. I am the catering manager/chief cook & bottle washer for a reception venue in the Ottawa Valley area. Very interested in experimenting and sharing recipes using maple syrup. It's great to be here!  |
