Hi,

I'm a Culinary Arts Student in Ohio, Mid life career change, even though this was what I wanted to do out of high school. Now I am just a few decades late . I have been doing BBQ, or hog roast for years, ever since I was a kid. Love anything to do with food, I do most of the cooking here at home, my wife likes that, she loves trying new things, which is great for me. Starting a Catering business first of the year, wrapping up all the legal and financial things up now.

I hope to help others and learn from others as well, I'm sure I will have alot of quetions as time goes on.
