 New Member Hi folks ! I have just spotted this forum and seems like the place for me to hang out ! I have been cooking for the better part of 40 years and can proudly say that this is not just a job for me . It is my life's work and my main hobby also,hence my username ! I have been the boss 3 times over the years and I guess you could call me a journeyman kitchen rat/chef/baker. I hope to have numerous conversations and recipe swapping going on in the future ! I think what is wonderful about food is that it is a life long learning process that never stops ! Cya all soon !  |
