| Hi everone. I'm Aysecan. I studied economics and 5 years ago i started cooking professionally. I participated many food festivals abroad to demonstrate Turkish cuisine. At the moment I'm working as a kitchen manager in a restaurant in Istanbul. I've been following this site for a long time and it's a great place to learn new things, sharing ideas. |

If you've been here a while you know that we have articles, reviews, etc. Today we begin a week-long conversation with Harold McGee, which we hope you'll follow and participate in.
