| I'm 47 and live in Jersey City, NJ. I fell in love with baking when I was 13 in my home economics class in grammar school. I work in the corporate world (UGH!) but lately have contemplated on quitting my job and opening a small bakeshop. Yes, I know it's hard work but at least the hours I put in will be for myself. Better late than never! Look forward to exchanging ideas with other baking/pastry friends! Debbie
