 New girl from NC Hey everyone! I am from North Carolina and currently work in a small French restaurant and love what I do. I went to school for Restaurant Management, but have since realized that I belong in the kitchen. I will most likely return to school this fall for my Associate's in Culinary...or maybe go somewhere to specialize in pastries and the like...  |
