| hey everybody-- can anyone help me out,...i'm working on a research paper and an interview is required. My research paper is about becoming a chef and the possible job opportunities. The interview can DEF. be via e-mail or on here or whatever. Could i interview a REAL chef...awesome ![]() |

| Amanda, the Welcome Forum is a place to introduce yourself. We hope you'll do that. As for interviewing a chef, that's been asked here before- many times. The advice is usually to find a chef where you live and interview him or her. Making that personal contact is far better than exchanging e-mails. In the Culinary Students' forum there is a "sticky" thread you should read. Please do so now. Mezzaluna
