| Ello, My names Daniel, I'm almost 18 and I live in Kentucky. I've been interested in cooking since i was young. I applied to the I applied to the CIA and was accepted there in the early fall. I have some experience in the industry. I've worked at a hotel restaurant for almost a year, starting as a dish tanker and moving up to the cold line. I've worked on the hot line a few times, but not a permanent job title yet. My mother has taught me a lot, as well has the head chef. The style of food i'm interested in the most is Cajun, Italian and Asian. Anyone that could provide any tips to anything will be appriciated. Thanks, - squee |
