Ello,

My names Daniel, I'm almost 18 and I live in Kentucky. I've been interested in cooking since i was young. I applied to the I applied to the CIA and was accepted there in the early fall.

I have some experience in the industry. I've worked at a hotel restaurant for almost a year, starting as a dish tanker and moving up to the cold line. I've worked on the hot line a few times, but not a permanent job title yet. My mother has taught me a lot, as well has the head chef.

The style of food i'm interested in the most is Cajun, Italian and Asian. Anyone that could provide any tips to anything will be appriciated.
