I've got all kinds of questions for my new cooking inspiration so I thought I'd join a forum. I've been searching the web but I've been getting "too" much information about what I don't need to know and not enough of what I do. Sound familiar?

I need some hands on experience to talk to so I hope I'm in the right place. You let me know.
