Default Hello from Nashville

Just thought I would say hey. I am a Sous Chef in Nashville TN. I have been in the restaurant biz for about 18 years now, and I'm looking to further my knowledge and ability. I look forward to speaking with everyone on this forum. I hope to get some good ideas from here, and maybe give a few.
