 New Guy on the Block I was bumbeling around looking for recipies for Cochon de lait and found Chef Talk. I like to cook just about anything and am always interested in learning more. If any of you know about cooking a pig in the ground please let me know. Thanks, I think this is going to be real interesting and educational.  |

 You've got that right, jebottoms-- you're likely to get information about that. Just post your query in the Food and Cooking Discussions forum and you'll get a good thread going. Use the search button to see if there are older conversations on topics you're interested in (like pig roasts). Check out the articles, reviews and recipes. You can also sign up for the e-newsletter.
