Default Hi, I'm a new cook from Hyatt

Hi everyone,

I'm glad to be part of this forum. I have been cooking for many years. I grew up in Iran and south of France. Therefore, very familiar with authentic cuisine from France, Italy and Iran. After years of sales/marketing, I decided to do a career change and become a cook to eventually open my own business.

Thanks again for ahaving me in this forum.

Bienvenue, benvenuto and welcome (sorry, I don't know the word for "welcome" in Farsi!). I'm sure you'll find plenty of interesting information as well as some amusing threads, too.

I just bought my first bottle of pomegranate molasses and will soon make my first try at fesenjan. I tasted it recently at the home of an Iranian/Turkmen friend.

Enjoy the site1 We'll look forward to your posts.
