| Hi everyone, I'm glad to be part of this forum. I have been cooking for many years. I grew up in Iran and south of France. Therefore, very familiar with authentic cuisine from France, Italy and Iran. After years of sales/marketing, I decided to do a career change and become a cook to eventually open my own business. Thanks again for ahaving me in this forum. |

I just bought my first bottle of pomegranate molasses and will soon make my first try at fesenjan.
