well,I am from taiwan.live in U.S for about 10 years now.start worked in restaurant at age 15.I am 24 now,man it's been a long time..haha
I am the head chef in a japanese restaurant located at boston downtown right now,but always looking forward to open my own restaurant.
I am specialized in chinese cusine,and japanese cusine inculding sushi and also the fusion style.the reason I join this site,I saw here is a lot nice people who doesn't mind to share those recipes,it's pretty cool u know
and maybe I can post some information also,and meet some friends,Life is all about learning,hopefully I can learn something from those great chef to make myself better and better, nice to be here
