 hello all from australia hello to everybody, my name is brad and i am a chef in victoria australia. along with joining to gain knowledge and create contacts, i am also looking to find some information from anyone who can help me in regards to working overseas. Unlike others who want to travel and work to be paid to continue travelling, i am actually after contacts to gain 2 week to a month experiences in different countries each year where i will work for free and a place to stay to gain experience in differing cuisines. If anyone might know someone who can help, please reply which would be muchly appreciated. Otherwise i look forward to exchanging ideas with fellow chefs from around the world........
