Hello everyone, I'm new here. I've been looking for a good cooking forum for a little bit; this one looks good.

I'm a home cook. I basically learned to cook from Charmaine Solomon's "Complete Asian Cookbook." In the last 5 years I've gotten into European cooking.

I'm an actor & thus often have more time than money, and that has influenced my cooking.
