my restaurant is going to be based on the word "neigbourhood"I want to have an input in the local community.I'm going to create a space for people where they can come & eat good food ,that has been sourced from local suppliers & not the big commercials..a meeting place that can be used by groups of people... for example I have plans for book a reading club,wine tasting, cooking competions where the customers get the chance submit a recipe idea & see it go on the weekly specials board.to employ local people
& to train & hopefully pass the little knowledge that I have on to anybody who would like to make it in the wonderful world of catering

Anyhow thats the theory.... my background is in small restaurants having just finished in a tapas restaurant which i set up & is very established.Before that i ran a very busy italian for 17 years..ta ta for now
