 Good morning, I am new to chef talk. Looking forward to talking to everyone, I am an Executive Chef in a hotel and trade center. Been E.C. with 22 plus years experiance and worked as consulting chef also.  |

You'll find many other people who share your passions, will be happy to pick your brains, and who just might teach you a thing or two!
