New to this forum, joined to see if anyone has any suggestion, what music is appropriate for a fine dining establishment and if anyone can suggest any artists that i can listen to see if they are appropriate dining music.

I usually have something along the lines of paco DeLucia, or Stanley jordan, in the Lounge, and light and easy jazz in the dining room, i.e.:spyro gyra, otmar liebret, B. Marcalas, yellow Jackets,...
