hello my name is tom and i hope to start a catering business. currently i work making sandwiches in a production kitcken and have two part time jobs with local caters. also i am going to culinary school.

Welcome, Tom! Coming to ChefTalk is almost as good as going to school! (Well, at least it's cheaper. )

We've got a lot of active posting members who do catering, so have a look at the Professional Catering discussion board. It's a great way to learn -- and to teach what YOU know.

But don't ignore the other boards -- we've talked about schools, and work, and just about everything.
