Hi Junkhead, and welcome to Chef Talk. Is that your site in your signature? Looks good- my brother makes a mean pot of gumbo, not bad for a guy from Illinois.

Your profile says you're a food writer. What sort of writing do you do: periodicals, books or...? We have several other food writers in our community.

Make yourself at home and enjoy the cooking articles, cookbook reviews, recipes and the e-newsletter you can sign up for. Visit often to learn and share.

Welcome!
Mezzaluna

Hey Mezzaluna, yes that's my site. It's been on the back burner for awhile; however, recently I've worked on and expanded the site. I try to provide good information for my visitors to enjoy. Thanks for checking it out.

I mainly write for online publishers, with a few hard copy articles here and there. Food is one of my interests, among many others, which I research and produce content.

Thanks for the warm welcome!

Welcome to the board! How exactly did you get into food writing, it is something I would like to do eventually.
